★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos el servicio. Vino el técnico y no tomó precauciones y cruzó un muro con una broca excesivamente larga y atravesó el muro y causó daño en el cuarto siguiente. Cuando marcamos para reportar, nos dijeron que no se hacían responsables, que era culpa de nuestro muro. Esto es evidentemente falso, el mismo técnico estando aquí admitió que se había equivocado de broca. Pésimo servicio. Piénselo antes de contratar.
We hire the service. The technician came and did not take precautions and crossed a wall with an excessively long drill bit and went through the wall and caused damage in the next room. When we called to report, they told us that they were not responsible, that it was the fault of our wall. This is obviously false, the same technician being here admitted that he had the wrong bit. Terrible service. Think about it before hiring.
