★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está un poco escondido, la atención a clientes deja mucho que desear, y no tienen el inventario para la reparación, demás que dicen que te llamarán al día siguiente de la revisión de tu equipo y no es asi, pero cumplen la función.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran muy caro, ademas de que sus tiempos de entrega son bastante deficientes, en mi caso el equipo es del trabajo y me pidieron dejarlo bastante tiempo despues de 5 dias que ocuparon para conseguir la refaccion, posterior el equipo no quedo bien pues le cambiaron el display y ahora se calienta horrible toca iniciar el reclamo esperando que no se tarden como la primera vez.
They charge very expensive, in addition to their delivery times are quite poor, in my case the equipment is from work and they asked me to leave it for a long time after 5 days they took to get the replacement, later the equipment did not fit well because they changed the display and now it gets horrible, it's time to start the claim hoping that they don't take as long as the first time.

Terrible service, I took my Hp computer that only required a new display, they never solved me (5 months waiting) and the worst, to date they have not reimbursed me the advance I left, already waiting to go with profeco !!

Sólo necesito que me digan en donde puedo ver el instructivo para que mi impresora funcione mejor y su única respuesta es "traiga el equipo de tal a tal hora, tales y tales días y en dos días le decimos". No busco que me den servicio, sólo indicación del instructivo necesario.
Terrible attention. All they want is to collect. I just need you to tell me where I can see the instructions for my printer to work better and your only answer is "bring the equipment from such and such and such days and in two days we will tell you". I am not looking for service, only indication of the necessary instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al inicio pensé que eran buenos. Una semana después de vencer la garantía de la batería de mi laptop se apagó por completo y comenzó a fallar. La llevé a revisión y al abrirla me llevo la sorpresa que le colocaron una batería compatible. Y me cobraron por una batería original. Pésimo servicio. No se recomienda.
At first I thought they were good. A week after the warranty expired my laptop battery completely shut down and started failing. I took it for review and when I opened it I was surprised that they put a compatible battery in it. And they charged me for an original battery. Terrible service. Not recommended.
