★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrenda, nada recomendable, de hecho debería la secretaria de turismo de edomex y la asociación de hoteles revisar este horrendo lugar sobre todo por el servicio tan pésimo que tiene.
Mi estadía sería de 10 días y con mucha prepotencia no otorgaron un descuento, 420 pesos por noche, se negaron a otorgarme factura ( que ya hice queja con el SAT y espero haya una buena multa o clausura de este lugar) me quede sólo 2 noches porque cuando llegue a la segunda en la noche no habían realizado la limpieza de la habitación y me otorgaron un cambio a otra, tv's de las cajotas viejas y feas, y muy cerrados en el trató de verdad este tipo de lugares no deberían ejercer!!
Horrendous experience, not recommended, in fact should the secretary of tourism of edomex and the hotel association review this horrendous place especially for the terrible service it has.
My stay would be 10 days and with great arrogance they did not grant a discount, 420 pesos per night, they refused to give me an invoice (I already complained with the SAT and I hope there is a fine or closure of this place) I stayed only 2 nights because when I got to the second one in the night they had not done the cleaning of the room and they gave me a change to another one, tv's of the old and ugly, and very closed cajotas in the really tried this type of places should not exercise !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les hace falta internet en las habitaciones, los domingos no hacen la limpieza en los cuartos, les hace falta remodelación en algunas áreas pero está bonito ??? de ahí en todo lo demás es un excelente servicio al cliente la tina del baño es la mejor en cuanto relajacion si vas muy cansado ???
They need internet in the rooms, on Sundays they do not do the cleaning in the rooms, they need remodeling in some areas but it is nice ??? hence in everything else it is an excellent customer service the bath tub is the best as soon as you relax if you're very tired ???

The hotel is clean, the price is affordable and it is close to the center, it has TV, internet, cable and the guy at the reception was friendly.
