★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no me gustó nada porque me parece un abuso que cobren la leche deslactosada como si fuera un topping o un lujo, siendo que es una necesidad (además, de ser caro el producto, todavía cobran extra más el 15% sólo por cambiar de leche).
Reclamé a la página de Facebook y me dijeron "qué pena". Pésimo manejo de las redes sociales.
Ya sé que me pueden decir "pues si no te gusta no lo compres". Así lo haré, pero además me puedo quejar.
The truth is that I did not like it at all because it seems to me an abuse that they charge lactose-free milk as if it were a topping or a luxury, since it is a necessity (besides, since the product is expensive, they still charge extra plus 15% just for changing milk).
I complained to the Facebook page and they told me "what a shame". Terrible management of social networks.
I know that they can tell me "well, if you don't like it, don't buy it". So I will, but I can also complain.
