★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor tienda a la que he ido, compré algo, salió dañado y para cambiarlo, tuve que pagar más porquebal día siguiente que fui ya había subido de precio. Así no funcionan las cosas, si uno compra algo y sala mal la tienda tiene la obligación de cambiarlo por otro igual y listo, ellos reclamarlo al fabricante.
El supervisor de los cajeros pésimo, grosero, no tiene idea de como tratar a la gente y el gerente de la tienda nunca salió a dar la cara.
A esta tienda le urge conocer de atención al cliente.
It is the worst store I have ever been to, I bought something, it was damaged and to change it, I had to pay more because the next day I went it had already gone up in price. That is not how things work, if you buy something and it goes wrong, the store has the obligation to change it for another one, and voila, they claim it from the manufacturer.
The lousy, rude cashier supervisor has no idea how to treat people and the store manager never came out to show his face.
This store is urgent to know about customer service.
