Fui hoy x la mañana a devolver un juguete y fue súper grosera, me regañó por no haber ido antes y me dijo que "ella" daba 15 días de garantía, la póliza no especificaba nada de eso, yo llevaba el ticket y lo hice todo como decía el protocolo. No vuelvo a comprar ahí jamás
The toy manager has the worst attitude, she is super rude and despotic.
I went today x the morning to return a toy and she was super rude, she scolded me for not having gone before and told me that "she" gave a 15-day guarantee, the policy did not specify any of that, I took the ticket and I did everything as the protocol said. I never buy there again
