El argumento: "estamos cambiando de lugar la mercancía y no hemos tenido tiempo de actualizar las etiquetas"
Pésima atención del Gerente Juan Cruz López al no querer dar la cara para atender la queja.
Y lo mismo del supervisor Martín Pérez Ortiz quién al principio dijo llamarse Agustín a secas y que fue quien comentó que las quejas en el buzón de sugerencias son tiradas a la basura por el gerente de la tienda.
Al final respetaron el precio con la idea de que me hacían un favor más allá de darse cuenta que estaban cometiendo una falta grave al falsear los precios.

In the end they respected the price with the idea that they were doing me a favor beyond realizing that they were committing a serious fault by falsifying prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien. Pero es una lástima que su personal no tenga una buena actitud, calidad y una adecuada atención al cliente.
Los cajeros no están bien capacitados para hacer el cobro correcto de los paquetes de comida, que se venden en el área de Alimentos Preparados. La señora encargada de entregas dichos alimentos, no es nada amable. La comida que pedí, tenia buen aspecto y buen sabor; lástima que la sirvan fría.
The place is fine. But it is a pity that its staff does not have a good attitude, quality and adequate customer service.
Cashiers are not well trained to correctly collect food packages, which are sold in the Prepared Food area. The lady in charge of delivering said food is not kind. The food I ordered had a good appearance and good flavor; pity they serve it cold.

Good but limited assortment at more expensive prices with excellent hours from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Fresh food, I liked it because of the asepsis and because there are not many people. The prices are a few pesos higher compared to its competition.
