★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the Conejo Horneado and the Pork Belly dishes to be very muted, lacking in flavour, and lacking in creativity. For the price, I expected way more, this restaurant if far overpriced, especially for Pachuca.
The service was bad, our mesero never checked on us to see how we were enjoying each dish.
I also didn't understand the concept of the whole restaurant. Very dark rooms with loud music playing, and an overpriced fusion menu that failed to impress.
We enjoyed our amuse bouche and Carpaccio, but will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order a dinner service for my in-laws' anniversary. The service was outstanding and the food amazing.
They brought all the food in dishes, ready to be placed at the table and picked them up afterwards. They also have waiters, should you need them. Absolutely recommend their catering service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm rating based on the premise of a top of the line place which is how they advertise.
Menu is modern and based on authentic dishes. Food is good in general. In particular the mole verde was tasty but let down by what can only be described as a congealed cube of meat bits and pieces that tasted as of it had been in the freezer for quite a while. Service is ok for a normal restaurant, but lacking for a "white glove" venue.
