★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen dar muchas vueltas, nadie te muestra el local (en mi caso) dicen que son 250 mts cuadrados, al medir no son ni 200, piden deposito y renta, $2,000 de investigación, te dicen que empezarán con el acondicionamiento del lugar, después durante 2 semanas no hubo avances, me dicen que mi aval no tiene una propiedad del valor que pedían, (nunca me notificaron de un valor mínimo), mi aval mandó identificación comprobantes y no se quiso grabar, Soto tengo entendido que es abogado me recomendó que grabará a mi aval a escondidas, ahí decidí no continuar, 2 meses después me regresaron mi dinero.

Un desastre, mi experiencia fue pésima.
Incongruencias, mentiras y pérdida de tiempo.
Miles de vueltas para rentar un local comercial que pidieron 2 rentas adelantadas, 2000 de investigación y no investigaron nada.
Presente 4 garantías y no las investigaron.
Me tuvieron dando vueltas 2 meses y no resolvieron. Falta de ganas de trabajar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato, te hacen ir sin avisarte que te cobran $$$ por ver una propiedad ,según por qué te prestan las llaves , ya estando ahí te piden $500 y si llegas tarde te quiéren cobrar una penalización . Todo lo del efectivo sin avisar previamente. Estafadores!
