Comunicarse con la propiedad fue imposible y nunca respondieron mis llamadas durante una hora.
Al final tuve que cambiar mis planes.

Horrible experiencia!!
After booking in advance on Booking.com there was no information about my reservation.
Contacting the property was impossible and they never answered my calls for an hour.
In the end I had to change my plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran lugar para rentar un departamento en playa del carmen. Cuenta con alberca en la parte superior, esta pequeña pero cuando fui no había nadie estuvo muy bien. Los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado y son muy cómodos. Personal de seguridad amable y vigilado las 24 hrs. A unos pocos metros de la zona popular de la 5a avenida y de muchos restaurantes.
Great place to rent an apartment in Playa del Carmen. It has a pool in the upper part, this small one but when I went there was no one, it was very good. The rooms have air conditioning and are very comfortable. Friendly security staff with 24 hour security. A few meters from the popular 5th avenue area and many restaurants.
