★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi laptop a cambiar el Display de la Pantalla y me querían ver la cara. Me pusieron un Display genérico y tipo VA de menor resolucion.. después de que me habian asegurado de que solo venden piezas originales (Mi REF de laptop viene de fabrica con pantalla IPS 1080p) pero afortunadamente me di cuenta. A la final me cambiaron la pantalla por la que era, pero me querían cobrar más que CANIJOS. Ya era cliente, habia comprado cargadores pero me defraudaron y la verdad NO LO RECOMIENDO. TE VAN A QUERER VER LA CARA, SI NO TIENES CONOCIMIENTOS SOBRE COMPUTADORAS.. LA VERDAD QUE PENA!
 I took my laptop to change the Screen Display and they wanted to see my face. They put me a lower resolution generic and VA type Display... after they had assured me that they only sell original parts (My laptop REF comes from the factory with an IPS 1080p screen) but luckily I realized. In the end they changed the screen for what it was, but they wanted to charge me more than CANIJOS. I was already a customer, I had bought chargers but they disappointed me and the truth is I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THEY ARE GOING TO WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT COMPUTERS.. THE TRUTH IS SO PAINFUL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pongo 1 estrella porque no se le puede poner 0, pero llevé a que limpiaran y reemplazaran la pasta térmica de mi PC, y cuando la llevé a casa, la CPU y GPU se ponían al máximo cuando abría cualquier aplicación, hasta el explorador de archivos lo ponía al máximo que la laptop se apagaba porque llegaba a temperaturas altísimas de másde 100 grados, pésimo servicio, tuve que volver a gastar en el viaje para que ahora sí la arreglaran en 5 minutos, cosa que demuestra que lo hicieron a propósito para vete a saber qué, no les recomiendo este sitio para nada, mejor hagan el mantenimiento ustedes y listo, suerte que la arreglaron, que si no les caía una demanda por haber dañado mi equipo.
No vayan a ninguno de estos locales, se comportan igual que muchos estafadores de La Plaza de la Tecnología que se dedican a cambiar piezas o cosas parecidas.
I'm giving them 1 star because you can't give it 0, but I had my PC cleaned and replaced the thermal paste, and when I brought it home, the CPU and GPU would go to max when I opened any app, even Windows Explorer. files I put it to the maximum that the laptop was turned off because it reached extremely high temperatures of more than 100 degrees, terrible service, I had to spend again on the trip so that now they fixed it in 5 minutes, which shows that they did it on purpose to who knows what, I don't recommend this site at all, you better do the maintenance yourself and that's it, luckily you fixed it, if they didn't get sued for having damaged my equipment.
Do not go to any of these places, they behave like many scammers in La Plaza de la Tecnología who are dedicated to changing parts or similar things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que solicité de limpieza física de mi laptop Asus y de reinstalación de software de fábrica fue de primera. Se tardaron un día y se comunicaron conmigo cuando estuvo lista. Quedó muy bien, en mi caso sí los recomiendo y regresaría por algún otro servicio.
The service I requested for physical cleaning of my Asus laptop and factory software reinstallation was top notch. They took a day and contacted me when it was ready. It turned out very well, in my case I do recommend them and would return for some other service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Lleve mi equipo el sábado 19 de marzo y nunca me llamaron para darme el diagnóstico. Yo les llamé hasta el 23 de marzo y me dijeron que era la tarjeta madre pero que les diera tiempo de seguir revisando para que después me llamaran y me dijeran qué tenia, cosa que nunca pasó. El jueves 24 volví a llamar y me dijeron que la tarjeta madre estaba mal y que costaba 18000, pero que la dejar a otra semana más para que la siguieran analizando, me negué a aceptar su propuesta. Fui por mi equipo, lo llevé a otro lado y enfrente de mi la abrieron y no traía la memoria ram y le faltaban tornillos.
Pésimo servicio, sin contar que cuando recogí el equipo, les comenté mi molestia por el trato y nunca dijeron nada, solo se quedaron callados, pero eso sí, cobraron los 450.
INSISTO, EL PEOR SERVICIO QUE HE RECIBIDO.
Terrible service. I took my team on Saturday March 19 and they never called me to give me the diagnosis. I called them until March 23 and they told me that it was the motherboard but that I should give them time to continue checking so that later they would call me and tell me what was wrong with me, which never happened. On Thursday the 24th I called again and they told me that the motherboard was wrong and that it cost 18,000, but that they should leave it for another week so that they could continue analyzing it, I refused to accept their proposal. I went for my equipment, I took it to another place and in front of me they opened it and it did not have the ram memory and it was missing screws.
Terrible service, not to mention that when I picked up the equipment, I told them my annoyance about the treatment and they never said anything, they just kept quiet, but yes, they charged the 450.
I INSIST, THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED.

Adaptador de corriente para mi equipo que se me había dañado. Espero que funcione correctamente. Socite uno que dijera ASUS porque me daban uno parecido pero no me daba confianza comprarlo así.

Power adapter for my equipment that had been damaged. I hope it works properly. Ask for one that said ASUS because they gave me a similar one but I didn't feel confident buying it like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! The worst part is that they are the only authorized service center for Acer in Mexico City. It took 7 months for them to fix the battery of my laptop, to replace it for a new one, that I had paid already. 7 MONTHS that I was unable to use my own computer for work. They never called me to tell me if the battery had arrived or not. I had to contact them several times and they never had a answer. After calling all these months, they finally got the battery but it didn't work, so I had to wait another couple of weeks to get a new one. This is the worst consumer experience I've ever had in Mexico and I've been living here for a few years. If I could leave no stars, that would be better, because they don't even deserve one.
