★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes atendían humanamente en esta Oficina, ahora acabo de ir, y la persona que supuestamente da información a la entrada, esto no me brindo en mi trámite, tampoco fue empática, y de la información que me habían brindado por escrito hace un mes aproximadamente, está persona que siempre la he visto en el módulo de información laborando, desafortunadamente no me brindo información, sino, desinformación, cambiandome las indicaciones de forma verbal sin darme ningún escrito, cuando le pregunté a dónde podía acudir para solucionar mi asunto, me dijo que solamente ahí mismo, y entonces regresar con ella, a qué me desinforme?
No creo que esto sea la labor de un servidor público.
Hace 2 meses me encuestaron en dicha oficina, sobre la calidad del servicio, ly el trato que recibí fue humano y de avance, les agradecí infinitamente. Ahora el trato que he recibido hoy me ha decepcionado, por su desatención humana, a mí persona, sin permitir avanzar en mis asuntos sobre pensiones. Ojalá que exista pronto un control de mejora en la atención humana y empática al usuario, por parte de esta persona que labora en el módulo de información y fluyan nuestros trámites de pensión, los cuales son nuestro derecho de quienes cotizamos para el ISSSTE, Ojalá los directivos de esta oficina, cuiden estos aspectos importantes, y valiosa mente intervengan, a favor de un mejor trato para el usuario. Gracias.

I don't think this is the job of a public servant.
2 months ago they surveyed me in that office, about the quality of the service, and the treatment I received was humane and advanced, I thanked them infinitely. Now the treatment that I have received today has disappointed me, due to its human neglect, to me personally, without allowing me to advance in my pension matters. Hopefully there will soon be a control to improve the humane and empathetic attention to the user, by this person who works in the information module and our pension procedures will flow, which are our right as those of us who contribute to the ISSSTE, I hope directors of this office, take care of these important aspects, and valuablely intervene, in favor of a better treatment for the user. Thank you.
