Tenia una imagen muy especifica de lo que estaba buscando, y habia visitado otras tiendas de novia de guadalajara y ningun lugar tenia del estilo que estaba buscando. Tenia tiempo muy limitado en Guadalajara y pues como era por cita por lo de COVID, muchos lugares no nos podian atender. Estaba muy triste - cuando tope con esta tienda tenia menos de 3 horas que me tenia que ir de Guadalajara y no tenia mi vestido de novia. Por pura coincidencia, topamos con esta tienda y entre a preguntar, y cuando le explique a la amable dama trabajando alli (Juanita) mi situacion, con mucho gusto me atendio. Me medi cuatro vestidos, y en el primero tuve la experiencia de novia - lloramos todas. Encontramos el vestido perfecto! Me sentia tan comoda y contenta. Ademas, me probe el sample y me quedo como guante - perfecto. Le explique a ella mi situacion y me vendio el sample y sali de alli con mi vestido perfecto - dentro de media hora! Muchas muchas gracias a esta tienda, tienen vestidos preciosos y excelente atencion a cliente. Cuando me case, pongo las fotos para que luzca el vestido!
If I could leave a hundred review stars I would. Visit this store in December 2021, looking for a wedding dress. I had a very specific image of what I was looking for, and I had visited other bridal shops in Guadalajara and no place had the style I was looking for. I had very limited time in Guadalajara and since it was by appointment due to COVID, many places could not attend us. I was very sad - when I came across this store I had less than 3 hours to leave Guadalajara and I didn't have my wedding dress. By sheer coincidence, we came across this store and went in to ask, and when I explained my situation to the kind lady working there (Juanita), she gladly assisted me. I measured four dresses, and in the first I had the experience of being a bride - we all cried. We found the perfect dress! I felt so comfortable and happy. Also, I tried the sample on and it fit like a glove - perfect. I explained my situation to her and she sold me the sample and walked out in my perfect dress - in half an hour! Many many thanks to this store, they have beautiful dresses and excellent customer service. When I get married, I put the photos so that the dress looks!
