★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubo un malentendido, sin embargo, a la brevedad se comunicaron conmigo para aclararlo. La señorita Ivette se puso en contacto de manera muy atenta y profesional para tratar de corregir el error, lo cual se aprecia. Incluso se ofrecieron a aplicar un reembolso.
No cualquiera se toma la molestia de buscar a un cliente para corregir algo, eso habla muy bien de la empresa.
Seguramente estaré acudiendo posteriormente cuando vuelva a necesitar algún servicio.
There was a misunderstanding, however, they contacted me shortly to clarify it. Miss Ivette was very helpful and professional in contact to try to correct the error, which is appreciated. They even offered to apply for a refund.
Not everyone takes the trouble to find a client to correct something, that speaks highly of the company.
I will surely be coming back later when I need some service again.
