★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un problema con la soyaelectric, me comentaron que acudiera para verificar mi equipo y en su caso, hacer el cambio. Cuando llamé por teléfono, los que me atendieron, fueron muy amables, y creo que es importante mencionarlo. Cuando acudí personalmente para que revisaran el equipo, me atendió una persona, totalmente informada, capacitada y amable, ahí se determinó que era un defecto de fabricación y acto seguido, me dieron una soyaelectric NUEVA, frente a mí, abrieron la caja ahí mismo la probamos y ya me encuentro preparando en casa leches vegetales de manera fácil. Cuando hay un respaldo de la marca como el que comento, vale la pena la inversión, y vale la pena recomendarla.

When I went personally to have the equipment checked, I was attended to by a person, fully informed, trained and friendly, there it was determined that it was a manufacturing defect and immediately afterwards, they gave me a NEW soyaelectric, in front of me, they opened the box right there. We tried and I already find myself preparing vegetable milks at home the easy way. When there's brand endorsement like the one I'm talking about, it's well worth the investment, and it's worth recommending.
