Tienen mal trato con los animales y no son cuidadosos en secarlos o cortales las uñas de manera correcta.
When you take your dogs for a bath, be careful how you return them.

Tengan cuidado ya que no son tan cuidadosos a la hora de bañarlos, secarlos y cortarles las uñas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale la pena por el especialista en Dermatología para perros (Dr. Víctor Palacios), pero en general el establecimiento se ve desaseado. Falta mejorar la presentación de las instalaciones. No se me antoja que bañen a mi perro ahí.
It's worth it for the dog dermatology specialist (Dr. Víctor Palacios), but overall the establishment looks seedy. Need to improve the presentation of the facilities. I don't feel like bathing my dog there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog needed a dental cleaning (with sedation) grooming and a health certificate to cross the border back into the US. They were able to do this for 2300 pesos ($125 US dollars) Extremely cheap and they treated Roo very well. Roo gets scared of being handled but they had him under control. For me as an English speaker, I was able to communicate via FB prior to the appointment where they were able to explain everything and quote the price in English, and make the schedule the appointment. The only complaint I have was that didn't seem to have a record of his appointment, but it didn't matter, they got right to work.
