★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una veterinaria muy acogedora, con muy buena atención y una gran variedad de accesorios para tu perro, principalmente ropa, juguetes, camas, transportadora, etc. El servicio de Spa no lo he probado pero he visto que tratan bien a los perritos que llegan a baño y peluquería. De lo mejor que hay en Tapachula.
It is a very welcoming veterinary, with very good care and a wide variety of accessories for your dog, mainly clothes, toys, beds, carrier, etc. I have not tried the Spa service but I have seen that the dogs that come to the bathroom and the hairdresser are treated well. One of the best there is in Tapachula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia ya he llevado a mi perrito 3 veces a que le cortaran el pelo y queda bien y pero en todas nos han atendido muy mal y también de muy mala cara,mi perrito es muy sociable y muy alegre pero no sé que le ocurrió ahí que no le gusta entrar, en una ocasión nos dijeron unas cosas y una es que sean honestos y a la vez respetuosos y otra es que ya solo te andén criticando y siendo groseros (lo cual nos pasó), en mi opinión dejan muy bien a mi perrito pero no me gusta cómo es la atención tanto al dueño cómo al perro ya que eso también es muy importante al menos para mí, por eso solo le doy una estrella

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención era buena, tenia años dejando a mi perro en el hotel hasta esta última vez que me la regresaron con garrapatas, luego me dijeron que era mi culpa pero de dos cosas estoy seguro en esta vida 1 mi nombre y 2 que mi perro en sus 3 años de vida nunca a conocido si quiera que es una garrapata, duerme conmigo, soy alérgico por lo que siempre estoy al día con sus tratamientos. Así que espero puedan mejorar sus procesos.
