Terrible service, a friend wanted to go and they told her to go at 2 and at the time of going the place was closed and she told the young lady that she had already arrived and left her in sight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y poco profesional, agende una cita y quedamos con una fecha y hora y cuando llegó el día de la cita me dejo plantada, estaba cerrado el establecimiento, así que le envíe un mensaje (el cual no respondió y solo dejo en visto).
Me parece de mal gusto dejar plantadas a las personas y hacerles perder el tiempo.
Terrible service and unprofessional, I made an appointment and we agreed on a date and time and when the day of the appointment arrived he left me standing, the establishment was closed, so I sent him a message (which he did not answer and I only left it in seen) .
I find it in bad taste to stand people up and waste their time.
