★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré el pack de masaje y facial, el masaje fué bastante pobre y al facial que hacen ahí no se le puede llamar facial, aplicar un par de cremas y poner una mascarilla dejándote 20 minutos sola en una habitación sin música con la mascarilla y los ojos tapados sin aplicar vapor para abrir poro y hacer extracción.. nada recomendable
I bought the massage and facial pack, the massage was quite poor and the facial they do there cannot be called a facial, apply a couple of creams and put on a mask leaving you 20 minutes alone in a room without music with the mask and your eyes covered without applying steam to open the pore and extract it... not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos super encanto! Fuimos mi pareja y yo , y todo muy limpio, muy delicioso el masaje y sobretodo muy relajante! Nunca habíamos ido a algún spa y para ser nuestra primera vez, fue la mejor experiencia para relajarte completamente después de largas jornadas de trabajo que uno tiene.
En verdad lo recomiendo!
We love it! My partner and I went, and everything was very clean, the massage was very delicious and above all very relaxing! We had never been to a spa and for our first time, it was the best experience to completely relax after long hours of work that one has.
I really recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll cut to the chase. What I got was a glorified rub down while my masseuse (Stefania) switches to just one hand so that she can be on her cell phone. I had her stop the session after thirty minutes when I caught her doing it a third time to end my suffering. It was obvious at the very start that she's not a trained masseuse and the continuous use of her cell phone was completely unprofessional. Paid 550 pesos so that they can't accuse me of running away from my tab. I won't let this experience ruin my short vacation in Mexico City which has been going great until last night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go if you value your time and money. They made me wait for 15 min for appointment to start even though I booked it one day before. After a mediocre massage i was all covered in oil they made me wait for 20 more min for a change. No tea no water offered. Never return.
