Pienso que el cliente no tiene porque pagar las conciencias del mal manejo de los empleados, me trataron super mal.
Very bad service, I paid for 8 waxing sessions, at the third session they told me that my payment was not registered, they asked me to present the receipt which was not delivered. and they deny me the service, when investigating it turns out that the employee who attended me is sued for fraud. I think that the client does not have to pay for the consciences of the mismanagement of the employees, they treated me super badly.
