El paquete está bastante completo, pero tardan demasiado en lavar un coche. Además, todos los trabajadores no usan cubrebocas, están bajando la calidad del servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, subieron el precio de sus paquetes y por error no aspiraron el interior de mi coche; me dijeron que regresara después y ya no me quisieron hacer valida su palabra.
Siempre llevaba mi coche a lavar ahí desde hace varios años, pero prefieren perder un cliente de años que una simple lavada para tenernos felices y corregir sus errores.

Terrible service, they raised the price of their packages and by mistake they didn't vacuum the inside of my car; They told me to come back later and they no longer wanted to make their word valid.
I always took my car to wash there for several years, but they prefer to lose a customer of years than a simple wash to keep us happy and correct their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy clienta frecuente del negocio, se me hace muy lamentablemente cuando ellos consideran que la unidad está muy sucia hacen un cargo siempre del 50 por ciento más, lo cual se me hace injusto, yo pienso que para eso es el servicio, también considero que tampoco uno debe abusar, mi unidad obvio requiere del servicio por estar sucia de la lluvia y la tierra que se le pega, pero no llega en su interior con colillas ni cenizas de cigarro, exceso de tierra o lodo , de basura o desperdicios de algo.
I am a frequent customer of the business, it makes me very sad when they consider that the unit is very dirty, they always charge 50 percent more, which is unfair to me, I think that is what the service is for, I also consider that neither one must abuse, my unit obviously requires service because it is dirty from the rain and the dirt that sticks to it, but it does not get inside with cigarette butts or ashes, excess dirt or mud, garbage or waste of something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron una hora, me cobraron más por la aspirada que porque tenía pelitos de perro, el problema es que no aspiraron la cajuela y lo dejaron manchado. La sala de espera es cómoda y la atención es buena.

Sin embargo, desde que el lavado más básico tiene un costo de $150, dejó totalmente de valer la pena, antes costaba la mitad. Con ese precio de espera que la calidad sea la más alta de la zona así como su precio, sin embargo deja mucho que desear; cómo de menciona en otros comentarios, se lavan las zonas que quedan a la vista y la aspirada no es correcta en asientos traseros y cajuela. Lamentables los cambios del último año, en cuánto al servicio. Sala de espera cómoda y tranquila.
A couple of years ago I would have rated it 5 stars for quality and price. However, since the most basic wash costs $150, it's totally worth half as much before. With that price you expect the quality to be the highest in the area as well as its price, however it leaves a lot to be desired; As mentioned in other comments, the areas that are visible are washed and the vacuuming is not correct in the rear seats and trunk. Regrettable the changes of the last year, in terms of the service. Quiet and comfortable waiting room.

Tardaron casi 3 horas en entregarme mi auto y ni si quiera lo lavaron bien por fuera.
Pésimo servicio por 145 pesos y después de casi 3 horas de espera lo mínimo que espera uno es entreguen bien lavado el auto.
Si quieren perder su tiempo y dinero les recomiendo ampliamente este autolavado
Slow, expensive and poorly done.
It took almost 3 hours to deliver my car and they didn't even wash it well on the outside.
Terrible service for 145 pesos and after almost 3 hours of waiting the least one expects is that they deliver the car well washed.
If you want to waste your time and money I highly recommend this car wash
