★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice ambiance. Great food. Very clean. The kids section...the pool needs painting. As for the steam section management needs to monitor more the bathtubs. Since it's in the adult section children tend to make it a water playground. Needs more parent supervision as well as management. People have been complaining about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re only planning on going to the spa in the hotel it’s great super clean food and drinks were super good at both restaurants.
But if you have small kids or plan on going to the waterpark I do not recommend it it was super dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a local and don't have to go out of your way this place is ok. Otherwise this place is terrible. I traveled 3.5 hours because the reviews were good plus the pictures on the website looked really nice but it's not what they advertise. The water is dirty they allow people to eat food while in the water. Plus I was told I would have access to the pools till 11pm and they had drained the water by 9pm. Also my hotel room wasn't the cleanest. I had food at their restaurant and the food was mediocre. I don't recommended this place at all.

This place was pricey for what they offer. During breakfast, some of the plates were dirty and the food was horrible. The bedding had holes and we couldn’t be accommodated further because the place was full. The jacuzzi’s water was extremely hot for usage.
