I was here 3 times during my winter vacation on Mahahual, the owner Francis, gave me an amazing massage and helped me to get rid of the neck pain i was carrying for months, i also had a pedicure a couple of times and was very happy with it! I truly recommend this spa!

I just got my nails (mani & pedi) done here. The owner’s name is Francis and she was wonderful. The salon was VERY CLEAN and it is air conditioned. She has a card and has many more services - massage, facials, acupressure, and more. The salon was awesome! Try it while in Mahahual!

We had an amazing relaxing massage. Very professional, caring and affordable prices. My mom and I both had specific issues with our body and they took a special care of us to help us release the pain. I fully recommend!

If you want a more relaxed spa atmosphere rather than the typical massage on the beach then this is your place. Wonderful massage and facial. Highly recommend.

This spa is everything! It is not only clean, stylish and aesthetically beautiful, the owner Francis is also incredibly sweet, thorough, professional and skilled within her field. I stayed in Mahahual for a few weeks, and once I found this spa I basically came back every single day to try new treatments. The prices are very fair, and she will nurture you with the utmost competence, tranquility and -almost ceremonial respect for the profession. You just get pampered from you come till you leave. If you are in town for one day and considering just getting a massage from one of the many people offering along the beach promenade, let me tell you: it’s not worth it, the constant sea breeze will probably just agitate your skin, so you won’t be able to relax and enjoy anything, the hygiene is -well- not so good (sorry to say) and the awareness of staring bypassers on the promenade might just make you focus on everything else than relaxation. Instead I recommend you walk the 130 feet up the street and pay that little extra and get the real deal at Spa Manos Mexicanas, a quiet, air conditioned, private and professional massage with actual massage techniques and ample tension release. This probably ranges on the top five list of massage of my life, SO GOOD! Also: the ultrasound facial treatment did wonders for my crow’s feet and facial swellings as a result of being a tired babymama. All in all my warmest recommendations.

Great massages for a great price! My husband and I always like to get massages whenever we come to Mexico because they're so much more affordable than the US. And here in Costa Maya at Spa Manos Mexicanas they are even more affordable than you'd expect! The photo that is posted on this Google maps listing shows the current prices in pesos as of March 2022. We got an 80 minute relaxation massage for $35 each. You can get a 50 minute massage for $25. The owner of the salon did mine and a local colleague of hers did my husband's. We turned up with no appointment and they happen to have availability which was great but if we ever came back to the area I'd make sure to make an appointment with them. We had been told by fellow cruisers that you can just walk down the beach and find a place for a cheap massage so we headed out to do that but then realized that there was absolutely no privacy in the places along the beach and they just did not look appealing to us. So we decided to walk a couple blocks back just to see if we could find anywhere that had more of a spa / salon feel instead of just being an open air bench in front of all the world to see, and we found this place. The owner / massage therapist's husband is from Lichtenstein in Europe and we had a great chat with him as well. They were very accommodating especially considering we were walk ins. The massages were great and they used a lot more pressure than I would have expected for a relaxation massage but no complaints here as that's just what I like. They also had a bunch of different techniques which were enjoyable to experience in comparison to the usual stuff that we get at home. They have a ton of other services and if we had been here more than one day we probably would have gone back to try out the other things they offer there. Overall, I highly recommend this over trying to go to a random place on the beach especially because the prices are very similar and this place feels a lot more upscale.

Hands down the best decision we made! Skip the spa on the cruise ship and go here instead! Take a taxi, it cost $4 a person and is about a 15 drive. Felt super safe the entire time! Spa was very clean and professional! Got a 1 hour massage and a 30 minute facial bundle for $40

Both Francis and Miriam were wonderful - this was such a great way to get pampered and relax while in Mahahual! The spa itself is beautiful (and air conditioned!), clearly a passion project for Francis, the owner. Her love for her trade is clearly evident, as well as how kind she is. I had an absolutely fantastic experience here, for my massages, facial, and gel nail manicure. I highly recommend ❤️
