★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas están colocando los señalamientos de rutas e evacuación, no hay protocolos de seguridad, todo el edificio es de cristal y no hay nada de privacidad, aunque el lobby está muy cómodo y elegante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEGOCIO ABUSIVO: No recomiendo Spaces para Startups/ Pymes (y llevo +5 años en ese sector trabajando en co-working). Aunque el espacio y la ubicación es buena, sus políticas son rígidas y poco amigables. Me entregaron una oficina el 2 de Marzo y el 10 de Marzo la dejé de utilizar por la Pandemia. Durante la pandemia Spaces no ofreció ningún programa de ayuda, siguió cobrando la renta en dólares (que incrementó 30%) y lo que es REALMENTE ABUSIVO es un cobro de MXN6,200 en restauración al entregar una oficina de 9m^2 ¡sin que la oficina se haya utilizado! - rara vez escribo reseñas y no le debo nada a Spaces, pero me pareció abusivas sus políticas que ojalá otras personas puedan evitar. Que Spaces haga un mayor esfuerzo en "compartir el dolor" del covid y flexibilizar sus políticas.
ABUSIVE BUSINESS: I do not recommend Spaces for Startups / SMEs (and I have +5 years in that sector working in co-working). Although the space and location is good, its policies are rigid and unfriendly. They gave me an office on March 2 and on March 10 I stopped using it because of the Pandemic. During the pandemic, Spaces did not offer any aid program, it continued to collect rent in dollars (which increased 30%) and what is REALLY ABUSIVE is a charge of MXN6,200 in restoration by delivering a 9m ^ 2 office without the office has been used! - I rarely write reviews and don't owe Spaces anything, but I found their policies abusive which I hope other people can avoid.
