★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio nunca atienden a tiempo y es bastante molesto que tengas que ir a pedir tu las refacciones y dar anticipos, cuando estás dejando el coche. Casi te piden ( si es que alguien te atiende) que tu mismo lo hagas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No adquieran vehículos seminuevos en esta concesionaria, adquiri un auto y me lo vendieron con un kilometraje falso, cuando llevé al servicio a mi auto encontraron que tenía el doble del kilometraje que marca mi auto en el tablero. Reclame y me dijeron que no sabían nada. Tengan cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La espera para recibir mi auto de un servicio fue larga, y aunque el auto estuvo antes del tiempo programado no me avisaron para recogerlo; el lavado del auto aunque es una cortesía, pero les falta mejorar ese servicio, encontré detalles que yo mismo sin experiencia podría mejorar. Estoy dudando en regresar a la agencia en mi próximo servicio.
The wait to receive my car from a service was long, and although the car was ahead of the scheduled time they did not notify me to pick it up; the car wash, although it is a courtesy, but they need to improve that service, I found details that I myself without experience could improve.
