Llegué con una uña encarnada y como no encontró la uña y yo le dije que aún tenía dolor, se molestó y enseguida mostró una actitud arrogante argumentando que si alguien encontraba una uña encarnada en mi pie se la llevara a su consultorio. Además que no utilizó guantes al momento de la atención, dejando a un lado las barreras de protección sanitarias.
Afortunadamente al día siguiente encontré una podóloga que SÍ tiene vocación y profesionalismo y me atendió de una forma amable dando solución a mi problema. No dudaría en pensar que este señor ni siquiera es médico podólogo, solo alguien que tomó un curso.
Terrible service, if I could rate it zero stars I would. I arrived with an ingrown toenail and since he couldn't find the nail and I told him I was still in pain, he got upset and immediately showed an arrogant attitude arguing that if someone found an ingrown toenail on my foot they should take it to his office. In addition, he did not use gloves at the time of care, leaving aside the sanitary protection barriers.
Fortunately the next day I found a podiatrist who DOES have a vocation and professionalism and she treated me in a friendly way, solving my problem. I would not hesitate to think that this man is not even a podiatrist, just someone who took a course.
