★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar el lugar está cerrado, el personal me vio afuera y ninguno me preguntó que deseaba, lo pregunte dos veces a personal con playera del negocio y no me atendían, al final salió el encargado y me dice que su negocio que es de suspensiones alineación balanceo etc no cambian llantas!, No sé qué tipo de negocio puede decirte ve que te las cambie y después regresas para balanceo a y no te go tiempo ahora, jajaja ok no me gusto, si tú problema de una llanta mejor llega con la llanta desmontada por que ellos no la cambiaran.

Le empezaron a mover al carro sin autorización de presupuesto. Solo un “No te apures, no te preocupes, lo estamos revisando”
Mi coche se pasó 12 días en el taller, pedí que adicional revisaran los frenos y ni eso.
Tengan cuidado con la estrategia de al final te digo cuánto es y no te preocupes.
Les recomendaría buscar otra opción.

No contestan el telefono a la hora de comida para revisar como iban con mi carro, voy al lugar y mi carro estaba aun afuera sin atenderse y preguntando nadie sabia de como iba mi carro. Llegan las 5 y aun sin trabajarle. 7 horas para una simple revision de suspension y no realizaron nada. Hable con el encargado pero no le importo mi comentario.pesimo servicio al cliente. La verdad recomiendo que busquen otras opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me cobraron una alineacion y un balanceo, saliendo de ahi vibraba muchisimo el carro, peor que de cuando lo lleve, no se hicieron responsables lo lleve a otro lugar yme dijeron que estaba todo mal. PESIMO SERVICIO al final ya ni me contestaban el telefono
