★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que servicio tan Basura ofrecen los trabajadores de este lugar, las personas que trabajan en las ventanillas son déspotas y no tienen idea de cómo realizar su trabajo bien.
Acudí al mismo trámite, con la misma papelería a la sucursal de distrito Hampton y fue rápido y con una excelente actitud de servicio.
What a garbage service the workers of this place offer, the people who work at the windows are despots and have no idea how to do their job well.
I went to the same procedure, with the same stationery at the Hampton district branch and it was fast and with an excellent service attitude.

pero solo 2 cajas funcionando de 8 , por lo menos debería funcionar también la de 3a edad, las personas mayores esperando afuera en la fila , la máquina para actas no funciona , definitivamente se podría eficientar más .
Mi tiempo para pagar el refrendo fue 1 hora de espera y eso que tenia la ficha número 9 ?
Super slow process, good treatment, they open punctually,
but only 2 working boxes out of 8, at least the one for the 3rd age should also work, the elderly waiting outside in line, the machine for minutes does not work, it could definitely be made more efficient.
My time to pay the endorsement was 1 hour of waiting and that I had the card number 9 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención rapida y eficiente por parte de los emplrados, un detalle a tomar en cuenta es que es un local pequeño y se siente mucho calor , creo que el aire acondicionado no lo usan por la crisis economica que está pasando el Gobierno del Estado, nadamas estan de adorno.
Quick and efficient attention by the employees, a detail to take into account is that it is a small place and it feels very hot, I think that the air conditioning is not used because of the economic crisis that the State Government is going through, they are only as decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para cualquier tramite piden el acta de nacimiento y no conformes exigen el formato nuevo. Pero dígame señor gobernador Aispuro, como sacamos es documento si sus mentados cajeros no funcionan o no tienen papel. O el colmo, cierran el registro una hora antes y no lo publican.
For any procedure they ask for the birth certificate and not satisfied they demand the new format. But tell me, Mr. Governor Aispuro, how do we get this document if your aforementioned ATMs don't work or don't have paper? Or the last straw, they close the registry an hour before and they don't publish it.
