★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malas instalaciones y mala preparación del personal ( en patio al momento de ir a entregar un paquete tenían una fuga de una garrafa al parecer de un químico y solo la dejaron seguir sin hacer nada ) los baños de clientes totalmente sucios

El paquete que pedimos desde Monterrey urgente llegó a Chihuahua un martes y no lo repartieron hasta el lunes de la semana entrante. 7 días para que se dignaran pasar a entregarlo. Nefastos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi juicio Spatmail es una empresa de paquetería que cumple con el estándar que se aplican a un servicio de paquetería.
Al visitar la sucursal Chihuahua para solicitar un envió pude observar sus amplias y eficientes instalaciones, así como el excelente servicio y trato amable de sus empleados.
Se me invitó a recorrer sus instalaciones y observar de cerca el procedimiento que lleva el envió de mi paquete, claro está sin olvidar indicarme las medidas de seguridad empleadas en el curso de mi estadía en el almacén de depósito de los envíos y recepciones de los mismos.
Si me pidieran calificar su empresa les daría 5 estrellas y mis sinceras felicitaciones por su amable servicio.
