★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años consumiendo alimentos, en este lugar, después de la pandemia, la calidad en el servicio a disminuido considerablemente, llamas para hacer algún pedido y te dejan colgado en la línea o te cuelgan, haces un pedido y no envían lo que les pides, la calidad y cantidad del producto a disminuido considerablemente, el tiempo de espera tanto en establecimiento como en pedido a domicilio tarda mas de lo normal. Que pena que el servicio al comensal ya no sea primordial para el negocio. Pésimo servicio!!!
I have been consuming food for years, in this place, after the pandemic, the quality of the service has decreased considerably, you call to place an order and they leave you hanging on the line or they hang up on you, you place an order and they do not send what you ask for, the quality and quantity of the product has decreased considerably, the waiting time both in the establishment and in home delivery takes longer than normal. What a pity that customer service is no longer paramount for the business. Terrible service!!!
