En una ocasión llegue minutos antes para el cierre y me dijo el empleado estaba cerrado, y le comenté que el horario decía que estaba abierto, pero no cambió de parecer que por q ellos cierraban minutos antes. Bad customer treatment and bad attitude of the staff. C	Carlos Cuellar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendaría llevar tu bicicleta a esta tienda Specialized aunque fuera la última en el país: Sabía que el precio del servicio sería caro, pero en este caso me parece excesivo, aunque no dude en pagarlo ya que conozco la calidad que usualmente tienen en el servicio de bicicletas. Para comenzar jamás me había pasado que la alineación de un rin no viniera dentro del costo de un servicio completo, sin embargo me cobraron 200 pesos extra por alinear un rin que le faltaba un rayo y quedó "bien" aunque no como esperaba. Al otro día de ser entregada, se me salió la llanta trasera en plena avenida en hora pico, ya que el buje estaba mal ajustado y colocado, cosa que casi ocasiona un accidente de transito y que yo me lastimara. Regresé la tienda para que me ajustaran la llanta trasera y el buje de la misma, ya que contaba con "garantía" pero en mi segunda visita no solo simplemente me colocaron mal la llanta de nuevo, si no que la dejaron peor. También los cambios estaban mal ajustados y causaron que se dañara mi maneta de cambios y el desviador delantero por la pésima calibración de los cambios. También el desviador trasero está mal ajustado y tiene problemas para quedarse en una sola velocidad después de la 6 velocidad trasera (3x8) También es importante mencionar que el mecánico además de pedirme días extras de la fecha original de entrega (No entiendo para qué si hizo un pésimo trabajo), me pidió depositarle el dinero del servicio directamente a su cuenta y jamás te dicen que no aceptan pago con tarjeta para el servicio de la bicicleta, lo cual me parece extremadamente sospechoso y poco profesional, aunque sí te entregan un "ticket" por el servicio. I would not recommend taking your bike to this Specialized store even if it was the last one in the country: I knew that the price of the service would be expensive, but in this case it seems excessive, although I do not hesitate to pay it since I know the quality they usually have in the bicycle service. To begin with, it had never happened to me that the alignment of a wheel did not come within the cost of a complete service, however they charged me 200 extra pesos to align a wheel that was missing a spoke and it was "good" although not as expected. The next day after it was delivered, my rear tire came off in the middle of the avenue at rush hour, since the hub was incorrectly adjusted and positioned, which almost caused a traffic accident and I hurt myself. I went back to the shop to have the rear tire and hub adjusted, since it had a "guarantee" but on my second visit not only did they simply put the tire wrong again, but they left it worse. Also the gears were poorly adjusted and caused my shifter and front derailleur to be damaged due to poor shift calibration. Also the rear derailleur is poorly adjusted and has trouble staying in single gear after 6 gear rear (3x8) It is also important to mention that the mechanic, in addition to asking me for extra days from the original delivery date (I don't understand why he did a terrible job), asked me to deposit the service money directly to his account and they never tell you that they do not accept payment with card for the bicycle service, which I find extremely suspicious and unprofessional, although they do give you a "ticket" for the service.

G	Gordon Ley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my gravel bike down from Canada and my electronic shifters and disc brakes were not working. The mechanic took a look and said to come back the next day and the cost would be $500 MXN. When i arrived the bike was completely fixed, cleaned and the chain was oiled. The service is exceptional and very professional. I have had (and still do have) many bikes and I know where I will be getting my next bike (road, gravel or mountain).
