Total si compré ayer en otra tienda un jersey y guantes. Little interest in serving a visitor to your store, if looking for spare parts and bikes but how I came out empty handed. S	Sanchez Ariel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía en muy buen concepto a la tienda , hasta que lleve a reparar mi suspensión delantera, entregue la refacción , más de 3.5 meses sin respuesta , hasta que confirmaron que perdieron mi refacción , al día de hoy no me han dado una solución , ni devuelto mi suspensión, especificamente en bernardo quintana. La historia continua, me dicen que van a reponer la pieza perdida, es de importación , ahora me dicen que si pago la diferencia por los impuestos !!, yo no perdí la pieza! también me dicen que me dan una suspensión de menor rango a la Reba que les entregue , todo esto por instrucciones del dueño! ¿En serio pretenden que acepte esas condiciones? La pieza que entregue como refacción no era la correcta, sin embargo la perdieron en su mudanza, ahora el posible arreglo es que me devuelvan el costo de lo que pagué por la pieza , me pregunto ¿como me reponen los 5 meses que lleva mi suspensión en sus tienda? F	Felipe Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una bicicleta por medio de facebook la cual tenia factura de esta misma tienda lo que me genero mas confianza al enviarme la bicicleta la misma presentaba una fisura, asumieron cierta responsabilidad, a lo que yo reclame al vendedor cancelar el trato por la fisura, total no accedieron, se llevaron ventaja sobre la venta al final no me vendieron una bicicleta seminueva sino una bicicleta reparada, deberían manjear mejor las situaciones y ser claros con sus clientes, cero recomendada por la ventaja que asumen para las ventas la persona que me vendió la bicicleta se llama Fernando Espinoza Ruiz I bought a bicycle through facebook which had an invoice from this same store, which generated more confidence in me when they sent me the bicycle, it had a crack, they assumed a certain responsibility, to which I demanded that the seller cancel the deal due to the crack, total they did not agree, they took advantage over the sale in the end they did not sell me a semi-new bicycle but a repaired bicycle, they should handle the situations better and be clear with their clients, zero recommended because of the advantage that the person who sold me assumes for sales bicycle is called Fernando Espinoza Ruiz
