Hicieron perdidizo el cheque del anticipo por $ 1,000.00 y se les dio apoyo reponiendo el dinero perdido y aún así no envían la factura correspondiente. Tengan cuidado,, no son confiables no entiendo como SAMsung y otras compañìas les otrgan permiso de dar servicio de pèsima categorìa. Se les denunciara ante el SAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no trabaja bien tu lavadora se la entregas en buen estado y a la hora que la tiene que armar le pierde tornillos cambiando los por otro que ni son aparte que le quita piezas originales y te quiere dar piezas de otra la lavadora ya viejas. Mi lavadora la dejo en muy mal estado a parte fue grosero con mi mamá el señor y muy prepotente cuando le fue a reclamar por a ver le quitado piezas a nuestra lavadora y dejarla en muy mal estado.
