★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a revisarme para una cirugía menor y la doctora que me atendió me receto un medicamento para "reforzar" mis defensas para antes de la cirugía, el cual me desencadeno una reacción secundaria en los intestinos para ello estuve 20 días enfermo con inflamación intestinal y sin la cirugía, además de que para la cotización de esta se tardo 4 días en darme el precio del procedimiento, uno le mandaba mensajes y siempre contestaba con "al ratito se la mando..." y eso fue durante los 4 días posteriores a la primer consulta, al final le tuvimos que marcarle tres veces porque ni siquiera quería contestar las llamadas, fue una mala experiencia entrar ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La policlínica presta servicios de consulta general y varias especialidades, el costo de las consultas y cirugías se encuentran dentro del rango promedio de instalaciones similares, las habitaciones para pacientes en recuperación son pequeñas pero confortables, las enfermeras son atentas y atienden al momento que se les solicita, así mismo la especialista que nos atendió tiene mucho profesionalismo y buen tacto con los enfermos y familiares.
Los únicos detalles que pude apreciar de las instalaciones son que deben indicar a su personal de aseo para que brinden un mejor servicio en algunas áreas, así a su personal de recepción ya que en estas últimas se siente un poco brusco la forma de atender a las personas; sin embargo en general se puede dar una buena evaluación al lugar.

The only details that I was able to appreciate about the facilities are that they should indicate to their cleaning staff so that they provide a better service in some areas, as well as to their reception staff since in the latter the way to attend to the people; however in general you can give a good evaluation to the place.
