Aun que no podria decir lo mismo de la recepciónista ya que agendas tu cita & no se acuerda que la agendaste o de plano no agendan tu cita & cuando llegas allá no tienes agendada tu cita & entonces le dices que hora hay disponibilidad , & te dice que ya todo esta lleno pero por fortuna en su pagina encuentras un horario y puedes ver que horario esta libre & en cuato a la clinica esta en muy buen estado & limpia
Yo pensaba aliviarme ahí pero la verdad he cambiado cambiando de opinión ya que su recepcionista es una prepotente
 Very good service & treatment from the Drs. Even though I could not say the same thing to the receptionist as you schedule your appointment & do not remember that you scheduled or do not schedule your appointment & when you arrive there you do not have your appointment scheduled & Then you tell him what time there is availability, & he tells you that everything is already full but fortunately on your page you find a schedule and you can see what time is free & in the clinic is in very good condition & clean
I thought I would relieve myself there but the truth has changed changing my opinion since your receptionist is a prepotent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día ojala y los comentarios sirvan de algo acudí hace 20 días a pedir una con urólogo y no supieron darme día hora ni nada hasta que me.moleste les pregunte! Si me podían dar cita y no supieron darme razón , en.día de hoy llego ya con una cita previamente programada para pediatría con mi hija llego y resulta que no hay pediatra que salio y que no hay, pido me agenden y no saben ni pueden dar una cita ahora si la Doc salio tienen los números para avisar y cancelar cita se supone que por eso piden tus datos, lástima por q las instalaciones están de lujo pero el personal se recepción es totalmente deplorable.

If they could give me an appointment and they did not know how to give me the reason, today I already arrive with a previously scheduled appointment for pediatrics with my daughter, and it turns out that there is no pediatrician who came out and that there is not, I ask to be booked and they do not know and cannot give an appointment now if the Doc left they have the numbers to notify and cancel an appointment, that's why they ask for your information, pity because the facilities are luxurious but the reception staff is totally deplorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de leer muchas críticas molestas del lugar ,aún así decidí intentar darle una oportunidad...y ni a eso llegaron ,pésimo servicio a cliente de la recepcionista en ceylan ,pésimo servicio por WhatsApp ,te niegan dar nombre de los doctores ,no contestan ,todo mal ,y nosotros que pensábamos hacer todo el seguimiento de maternidad ahí .. PÉSIMOS .
After reading a lot of annoying reviews of the place, I still decided to give it a try ... and they didn't come to that, lousy customer service from the receptionist in ceylan, lousy service on WhatsApp, they refuse to name the doctors, they don't answer , all wrong, and we who thought we would do all the maternity monitoring there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepcionista creo estaba cruda porque su atención fue pesima, acudimos para checar costos de paquetes de parto, la atención de la doctora de igual manera les pesa dar una buena atención, y por si fuera poco ni siquiera grabaron el vídeo del ultrasonido en la USB que lleve.
I think the receptionist was raw because her attention was terrible, we went to check the costs of delivery packages, the doctor's attention was equally hard for them to give good care, and as if that were not enough, they did not even record the ultrasound video on the USB that it carries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la recepcionista no tiene modos para contestar ni ganas, si no le gusta su trabajo que busque otro lugar, uno paga por un servicio y atención cosa que no pasa. Uno debería sentirse a gusto el acudir y ver a su bebé y la atención no es agradable. Supuestamente te piden una usb para guardar el ultrasonido y ni siquiera me lo guardaron, les mencioné que mi archivo no estaba y no hubo respuesta nunca. No les recomiendo el lugar.
Terrible service, the receptionist has no way to answer or want, if you don't like your job, look for another place, you pay for service and attention, which doesn't happen. You should feel comfortable coming and seeing your baby, and attention is not pleasant. Supposedly they ask you for a usb to save the ultrasound and they didn't even save it for me, I mentioned that my file was missing and there was never an answer. I do not recommend the place.
