★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dicen muchas mentiras, cuando llevas el automóvil te bajan el cielo y las estrellas, te dicen que lo pintan con pintura RM, que queda como nuevo que las refacciones que le ponen al automóvil la mayoría son originales y que las genéricas son idénticas a las originales; cosa que es totalmente falsa las partes que no son originales siempre tienen detalles y la pintura no es la que dicen que le aplicarán al automóvil, el trabajo es muy malo, entregan partes con la pintura chorreada plasiticos del vehículo briseaeos, etc. Yo tuve que llevar el vehículo hasta en 5 ocasiones a qué corrigieran todas las cochinadas que hicieron y aún así quedaron varios detalles. Definitivamente no recomiendo este taller.
 They tell you a lot of lies, when you take the car they bring you down the sky and the stars, they tell you that they paint it with RM paint, which is like new that the spare parts that they put on the car are mostly original and that the generic ones are identical to the ones originals; something that is totally false, the parts that are not original always have details and the paint is not what they say they will apply to the car, the work is very bad, they deliver parts with the paint blasted, plasitics of the vehicle briseaeos, etc. I had to take the vehicle up to 5 times to correct all the filthy things they did and still there were several details. I definitely do not recommend this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. La primer cita fue en diciembre 13 del 2018, hoy 20 de febrero me citan a las 15:30 para la entrega de mi vehiculo y me doy cuenta q un foco esta fundido y no le colocaron el alma de la defensa. Si no reviso me llevan al baile. Tengan cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO PARA MI. Tuve un accidente y el seguro Banorte lo cubrio. Para empezar se tardaron 6 Semanas, cada semana que llamaba para preguntar por mi carro, NUNCA sabian el avance. En fin, el día que fui por mi carro me dijeron a las 12:00 y me tuvieron esperando hasta las 14:30.
Los limpiadores no serivian, rallaron el parabrisas al parecer con una lija, aun estaba descuadrado el carro, toda la pintura y el motor estaba brisnado de pintira blanca (excepto el cofre) y muy pero muy sucio, las refaciones no embonaban porque eran genericas y NO podian hacer nada, el tipo que me atendio, DESPOTA A MAS NO PODER, parecia que le rogaba que me lo reparara...
Una de mis peores desiciones, espero que el Banco tenga mejores talleres. Espero mi opinion les pueda serviar a otras personas para que cuiden sus carros.
GREAT SERVICE FOR ME. I had an accident and Banorte insurance covered it. To start it took 6 weeks, every week I called to ask about my car, they NEVER knew the progress. Anyway, the day I went to get my car they told me at 12:00 and they kept me waiting until 14:30.
The cleaners did not work, they apparently scratched the windshield with sandpaper, the car was still out of square, all the paint and the engine were white paint (except the hood) and very, very dirty, the spare parts did not fit because they were generic and They could not do anything, the guy who attended me, DESPOTA A MAS NO POWER, it seemed that I was begging him to repair it ...
One of my worst decisions, I hope the Bank has better workshops. I hope my opinion can help other people to take care of their cars.
