Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen kleinwagen für knappe 2 wochen. Geplant waren 6 tage. Durch einen kleinen vorfall haben wir total verplant das auto zum vereinbarten termin zurück zu bringen. Sie haben im hotel angerufen und freundlich gefragt wo das auto ist. Wir meinten daraufhin, wir kommen am tag darauf und würden den Wagen gerne länger behalten. War alles kein Problem. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ??????

Great service! Friendly customer service. We randomly decided to rent a car and speed car rental was right opposite the bus station so we went with it, a bit risky considering they only had one review but we still went with it and we have no regrets all our expectations were met. The car was lovely and clean and in excellent condition. The process was so speedy. We were only meant to have the car for 24hours but we change our mind mid trip and they were so nice and friendly about everything. Returning it was a doddle too! If I’m ever in cancun again I’d go with them. Can’t sing their praises enough!

FRAUD! THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU BACK THE DEPOSIT FOR CAR RENTING. I rented a car from Speed Car Rental Cancun, from Mr Victor Escorza in March and I didn’t get my 300$ deposit back even now after more than 3 months. He still continue to reply that he did the check out of the money, but he never sent me any prof with a bank statement confirming what he sais. So i rented the car on 22.03.2021, the deposit was locked on my Debit Card (transaction was made on my debit card, because i didn’t have a credit card and he said it’s the same) and on 31.03.2021, three days after i brought back the car and agreed the everything it’s fine between us, the amount that was blocked on my card was marked as a PURCHASE and the money disappeared forever from my account. I was trying to speak with Mr Victor over and over again, but he denies to check with his bank the transaction and send me profs that the money ware returned. So guys be aware because he offers other services as well and he can scam you or even worse...in Mexico there are no rules and the police will take their part all the time. Stay safe ??
