★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemas con la atención al cliente (En especial la recepcionista), pero de ahí en fuera, son muy profesionales, generan confianza al dejar los equipos, les falla el tiempo porque tienen mucho trabajo, esto por el buen servicio de calidad que tienen al reparar los equipos, desde Computadoras hasta Impresoras y Plotters, totalmente recomendados, son SOPORTE OFICIAL DE EPSON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no aportan soluciones, o no es lo que esperábamos, buscábamos refacciones pero parece que solo dan servicio y no venden parte. Por otra parte, quizás tuvimos mala suerte o llegamos en mal momento porque quien atendió dejo mucho que desear respecto al trato al cliente.
They definitely do not provide solutions, or it is not what we expected, we were looking for spare parts but it seems that they only provide service and do not sell part. On the other hand, perhaps we were unlucky or we arrived at a bad time because the person who attended left much to be desired regarding customer service.
