★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca respetaron fecha de entrega, siempre con excusas, al final malos acabados, lo que no tenía problemas lo tuvo al salir, te ofrecen un mes de garantía de su trabajo pero después de lidiar con ellos es preferible arreglar los detalles por cuenta propia. PÉSIMO TALLER, PÉSIMO PERSONAL EN GRNERAL, le doy una estrella porque no puedo ponerle menos.
Lousy service, they never respected the delivery date, always with excuses, in the end bad finishes, what had no problems they had when they left, they offer you a month guarantee on their work but after dealing with them it is preferable to fix the details on your own own. AWFUL WORKSHOP, AWFUL STAFF IN GRNERAL, I give it one star because I can't give it less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No se respetaron las fechas de entrega, tuve que ir a presionar en repetidas ocasiones. La "reparación" de la puerta jamás quedó bien y se filtra el agua de la lluvia hacia el interior del vehículo; lo peor: me echaron a perder el control/motor del cristal de la puerta que "repararon" cuando dicho motor llegó funcionando a la perfección, y únicamente me dieron excusas del mal funcionamiento y se escudaron que eso no lo cubría la aseguradora porque no se asentó en el reporte, pues OBVIAMENTE no aparece porque dicho motor no presentaba un solo daño, era puramente peoblema de carrocería. No solo NO recomiendo el taller, sino que jamás que renueve mi póliza con HDI si me van a enviar a tan pésimos talleres.
Terrible service. Delivery dates were not respected, I had to press repeatedly. The door "repair" was never right and rainwater seeps into the vehicle; the worst: they spoiled the control / motor of the door glass that they "repaired" when said motor arrived working perfectly, and they only gave me excuses for the malfunction and they hid that this was not covered by the insurance company because they did not know stated in the report, because it OBVIOUSLY does not appear because said engine did not present a single damage, it was purely a bodywork problem. Not only do I NOT recommend the workshop, but I will never renew my policy with HDI if they are going to send me to such terrible workshops.
