I changed the oil in another workshop and took it to review with them and Bertha, the manager, told me that the car was rubbish and could not walk like that because the oil was very viscous. Very bad experience with this workshop and especially with the treatment of the manager. Thanks to her, there was no sale of several cars that she wanted to transfer. My client told me to go check the cars to this workshop to make sure they were in good condition and I did so. I had to try three days in a row taking the cars because "I had a lot of work and could not receive them", when my client was telling another story, that supposedly I did not want to leave them and that nothing else was going to take an hour to review them . As I said, after 3 days I received the cars at 9 in the morning and it didn't take an hour to deliver them to me. I came back for them in the afternoon, a little before they closed and I still didn't have them ready. But it's good that it was going to take 1 hour nothing more, right? Hahaha Above all it was very rude, very bad treatment and even their employees commented that it brings them short. First and last time I go to this workshop.

They did the maintenance to my car in another workshop and it happened to turn off the alarm of the computer that requested the maintenance. I brought it here to be reviewed of all of them, the review and complete inspection and the conclusion was that it had not been maintained for a long time. It is clear to me that they only read the computer, they did not bother to really review it. That's what the Autozone does for free ...

I liked this workshop Because the manager tells you things directly and honestly, NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO LISTEN. Their prices are fair vs. the quality of their service especially when they detect something more than I did not know. I highly recommend it.
