★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimnasio premium increible es una pasada cuenta con area de pesas lo basico para ejercitar tren superior tren inferior cuenta con un ring (box muay thai kick boxing)un area para lucha (sambo judo greco romana y sumo si hubiese necesidad) area para danza yoga y danza aerea alpinismo urbano lazer tag para armas de fuego estacionamiento area dd comida monitoreo cctv baños vestidores casilleros un lugar accesible ya que las mensualidades van desde los $800 a lo que puedas o desees pagar (clases perzonañizadas)por el momento solo se imparte yoga (profesora Olga)y sambo (Sasha Alexander Timotief)en un futuro se ofrecera kung fu aikido capoeira tae kwan do y puterias tipo crossfit y trx cabe tener en cuenta que el profe sha tiende a llegar con un elegante retraso de vez en cuando aqui no se discrimina a nadie y se respeta el nivel de cada quien sin embargo sobre advertencia no hay engaño no es un lugar para webones ni debiluchos si no estas motivado o no quieres darle seriedad a tu salud y entrenamiento mejor busca en otro lado
El Sambo se imparte en 3 niveles (1.-Sambo deportivo es mas competicion olimpica el uso de la kurtka y los smboski es obligatorio los combates son lucha cuerpo a cuerpo con palancas proyecciones y un contacto con pateos y golpes 2.-Sambo Combat en esta modalidad lo antes mencionado se complementa con el manejo de armas blancas bastones se deja de lado el uso de las kurtkas y calzado deportivo el contacto es full nivel de proteccio disminuido tecnica mas complementada a nivel de combate real 3.-SPETSNAZ En esta modalidad se utiliza todo lo anterior se agrega el manejo y lanzamiento de cuchillos clavos picahielos tenedores uso control y desarme de armas de fuego cortas y lasrgas subfusil fusil de asalto tecnicas de combate para causar una neutralizacion total del oponente y provocar la muerte de ser necesario conocimiento tactico de portacion utilizacion de armas de fuego escolta enfrentamientos armados inteligencia mineria de datis contra inteligencia)
