★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Platillos con buen equilibrio de proteína y verdura cuenta con mariscos, pescado, pollo. La media orden en platillos es porción suficiente para una persona (depende de estómagos y no aplica al sushi). Solo falta mejorar los aderezos.
 Dishes with a good balance of protein and vegetables include seafood, fish, chicken. The half order in plates is enough portion for one person (it depends on stomachs and does not apply to sushi). The only thing left to do is improve the dressings.
