Y como ellas son las que manejan la agenda de los técnicos, lo más que pudo hacer el hombre que estaba ahí, fue darme la información y tomarme los datos. Y que ellas me llamarían. Ya pasaron 2 horas y nadie me llama, marco yo y tampoco contestan. Si ese es el servicio al cliente, como será el Internet. NO HAY VISIÓN DE NEGOCIO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta compañía es una burla , el internet de la casa se desconecto desde el viernes , hoy se cumplen 8 días y aún no hay un técnico disponible para que arregle el problema , he marcado a los números de servicio y siempre me dicen : " Hoy llega el técnico" y así me tienen , lo peor de todo es que para no ir a pagar cada mes cometimos el error de pagar por todo el año y ahora no se que hacer , si hacer una denuncia ante PROFECO para que me devuelvan el dinero. Deberían de ser más profesionales con el servicio al cliente .
Definitivamente no contraten está compañía. Estoy muy enojado y decepcionado con el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio de la July .. y mucho más de la Denis que se creen las muchachas !!!! les van a destruir el negocio pésimo servicio en persona y por teléfono se creen como si de verdad fueran indispensables cambien a su personal de verdad.
