★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, if you order a bike from Spinciti it will arrive damaged or missing critical parts... that's if it even arrive at all. Do not give them a single dollar, their customer service is horrible, the product is faulty, and if anything ever goes wrong good luck with any support. Spend a little more and get a better bike and a lot better service somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

If I could make one suggestion, please come up with different handle bar options and better cable management. Keep up the hard work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funded a 500w bike through crowdfunding. The company were happy to take the money but after 2 years still no bike. Apparently the spec does not meet Australian standards, so cannot be imported to Australia. Based on that I Was told I would receive a full refund, but so far nada. The company won’t even answer e-mails. Purchase anything from this company with extreme caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible time to be in the bike business, but you guys pulled it off! What a great bike and I’m having tons of fun. I do think a lot of people want to open up a dialogue. I would like to buy a few extras maybe an extra battery would love to get the rack and if there’s anything else you guys are selling… I’m in. Love mine 500 W.
