★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parecio que el personal que está dentro no está capacitado para tratar con niños, estaban en su celular, comiendo y todos sentados platicando en una esquina. Estaban platicando entre ellos y al mismo tiempo aventando las pelotas a la alberca y una de ellas le pegó a mi hijo, entiendo que fue un accidente pero si estuvieran trabajando en igual de echando el chisme se hubiera prevenido esa situación.
Se me pidió que entrara con mi hijo de dos años a acompañarlo porque no podía entrar solo, pero en ningún lado dice eso, de haber sabido que tenía que entrar yo no lo hubiera dejado.
It seemed to me that the staff inside is not trained to deal with children, they were on their cell phone, eating and all sitting talking in a corner. They were talking to each other and at the same time throwing the balls into the pool and one of them hit my son, I understand that it was an accident but if they were working just as the gossip would have prevented that situation.
I was asked to enter with my two-year-old son to accompany him because I could not enter alone, but nowhere does that say, had I known that I had to enter I would not have left him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área infantil está muy bien. Cómodo para los peques. Pero desde que cambiaron a un muchacho morenito de cabello chino por uno rellenito el servicio y la atención hacia los niños se volvió PÉSIMO el chavo se ocupaba más con su pareja que estar al pendiente de los niños
The children's area is very good. Comfortable for the little ones. But since they changed a dark-haired boy with curly hair for a chubby one, the service and attention to the children became AWFUL, the guy took more care of his partner than taking care of the children.
