En la juguetería que lo compre me dicen que la garantía es directo con ustedes, pero ustedes tienen un en pésimo servicio al cliente.
I bought a Paw Patrol remote control car and it worked for 3 days, I already wrote to them on Messenger, sent emails and called their Center street countless times and the only time they responded was in English. At the toy store I bought it from, they tell me that the guarantee is direct with you, but you have terrible customer service.
