Por covid, se limitan los horarios y las personas en los carriles (agradezco esto ya que antes eramos muchos).
Recientemente por cambio de semáforo ya podemos usar las regaderas (no estaban habilitadas).
Si van, sigan SIEMPRE las medidas sanitarias O.O

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy está calificación, porque no son claros, piden las cosas a medias, no te avisan que no reciben efectivo para realizar pagos. El personal de atención es nefasto. Aparte la alberca en algunas zonas ya esta deteriorada, el mosaico esta roto, me corte mi pie, le dije a la recepcionista y no hicieron nada, después me volví a cortar en otro lado de la alberca, y fui molesta decirle a la recepcionista que cuando iban a reparar la alberca, y me dijo que ya lo había hablado con la encargada y después me mando un mensaje diciéndome que ya no me presentara, que hasta que la reparara, y eso ya tiene mas de 2 meses, mis clases que me quedaron a deber ya no me las repusieron, y al preguntarles que cuando ya iban a reponer mis clases me dejaron en visto. Son unos rateros, sin profesionalismo. Recomiendo no vayan a esa alberca, son pésimos.
I give this rating, because they are not clear, they ask for things halfway, they do not notify you that they do not receive cash to make payments. The care staff is horrible. Apart from the pool, in some areas it is already deteriorated, the mosaic is broken, I cut my foot, I told the receptionist and they did nothing, then I cut myself again on another side of the pool, and I was annoyed to tell the receptionist that when they were going to repair the pool, and he told me that he had already talked about it with the manager and then he sent me a message telling me not to show up anymore, that until he repaired it, and that is already more than 2 months old, my classes that they were owed and they didn't make them up for me, and when I asked them when they were going to make up my classes they left me on sight. They are thieves, without professionalism. I recommend not going to that pool, they are lousy.
