Área funcional: Jaula ROUGE y variedad de pesas rusas y bumpers de 10, 15, 25, 25 y 45 lbs, barras semi olímpicas y olímpicas. Si te gusta la calistenia o funcional, está increíble. 10/10
Cardio: variadísimo. Caminadora, elíptica, bicicleta, escalera sin fin. No vas a batallar para encontrar disponible algún aparato de cardio. 10/10
Peso libre: mancuernas de la línea IVANKO desde 5 lbs hasta 100lbs, con saltos fraccionados de peso, por ejemplo: 30 lbs, 32.5lbs y 35 lbs.
Bancos de la línea LIFE FITNESS, en lo personal me resultan incómodos y preferiría los bancos NAUTILUS. No vas a batallar por encontrar un par disponible de mancuernas en hora pico. 9/10
Peso integrado: suficiente, de las líneas TECHNOGYM, CYBEX, HAMMER STRENGTH y LIFEFITNESS. Ideal para hacer pierna, hombros y brazo, por sus máquinas de aislamiento. 10/10
Limpieza excepcional y todo ordenado.
La entrada es por edificio corporativo y tiene una vista maravillosa. Estacionamiento caro y sin cortesía.

Benches of the LIFE FITNESS line, personally I find them uncomfortable and I would prefer the NAUTILUS benches. You are not going to struggle to find an available pair of dumbbells during rush hour. 9/10
Integrated weight: sufficient, of the TECHNOGYM, CYBEX, HAMMER STRENGTH and LIFEFITNESS lines. Ideal for doing leg, shoulders and arm, for its isolation machines. 10/10

The entrance is through the corporate building and has a wonderful view. Expensive and no courtesy parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejores gimnasios de la cadena. Generalmente suele estar poco concurrido y se puede alternar entre ejercicios con facilidad. El área del pesas, y peso integrado suelen estar bien mantenidos. El staff es muy atento. Tiene un City Café con una carta de alimentos sanos y variados.
Hay mucha limpieza y constantemente el staff revisa que los usuarios limpien los aparatos. En cuanto a los usuarios, van a lo que van y es a entrenar.
Lo único que le veo a la contra no está en el control de ellos y es el acceso al edificio. Es muy engorroso.
One of the best gyms in the chain. It is generally not very crowded and you can alternate between exercises with ease. The area of the weights, and integrated weight are usually well maintained. The staff is very attentive. It has a City Café with a menu of healthy and varied foods.
There is a lot of cleaning and the staff constantly checks that users clean the devices. As for the users, they go to what they go and that is to train.
The only thing I see against him is not in control of them and it is access to the building. It is very cumbersome.
