★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the amount charged for their membership... the gym is as good as Smart Fit. In fact, I believe they have the same machines. The trainers re not friendly, and though there are added services for the lockers, it is NOT worth the monthly amount they charge their members. Would not go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a whole year membership last year, due to the pandemic, I decided to cancel it, they told me that the refund would be having 20% of deduction, and what frustrated me a lot was that it took them almost three months to send my refund!
Honestly the gym is not worth the money you would be spending on! Stuff are pretty friendly when you are on those free passes! I don’t see any difference between this up-scaled Sport City among other normal sport cities! But the price is almost 3 times higher! ?

They charged my card 5x more than what I agreed to (stole over $15000).
The sales execs will do anything to get your money. They offered me a 3-week one-time program while I was visiting for a business trip.
Months later they still kept charging my card, and when I approached them they claimed I requested that service and if I wanted to cancel it I had to be there physically in order to issue my cancelation.
It's a shame that these type of businesses give a bad rep to Mexico.
