★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus instalaciones son buenas, limpias, las personas que atienden son amables y responden todas tus dudas. Cuentan con un instructor por piso para poder apoyarte en tu entrenamiento sin costo alguno.
Cuentan con área de alimentos donde encontrarás productos naturales como ensaladas y malteadas, hasta productos de Omnilife y Seytú, así como ropa deportiva.
Tienen un área de spa para masajes y colocación de uñas y baños con regadera al vapor.
Parece una excelente opción dentro de la zona aunque por la contingencia momentáneamente tengan cancelado el baño al vapor y el spa, pero esperemos pronto pase todo esto y vuelvan a la normalidad.
Además la vista de adentro hacia afuera es agradable.
Its facilities are good, clean, the people who serve it are friendly and answer all your questions. They have one instructor per floor to support you in your training at no cost.
They have a food area where you will find natural products such as salads and milkshakes, even Omnilife and Seytú products, as well as sportswear.
They have a spa area for massages and nail placement and bathrooms with a steam shower.
It seems an excellent option within the area, even though the steam bath and the spa are temporarily canceled due to contingency, but hopefully all this will pass and return to normality soon.
Also, the view from the inside out is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sport Club 300 Gym ubicado en la calle monte citlaltépetl poco antes de entrar a la avenida de las bombas casi esquina con avenida Jardínes de Morelos.
Un gimnasio bastante grande con 4 pisos, diversidad de máquinas aunque les hace falta ampliar su repertorio de peso libre sobre todo de mancuernas. El control sanitario es bueno cuenta con atomizadores llenos de alcohol y toallas de papel para la limpieza, toma de temperatura al entrar y usar el cubrebocas aunque varios socios no lo tenían puesto, también hay gel antibacterial a la entrada. El gimnasio tiene buena afluencia de gente pero aún así se puede entrenar de buena forma.
Puntos en contra, la música de banda que no te motiva a entrenar pero esto es opinión personal, costo de la visita $45
Sport Club 300 Gym located on calle monte citlaltépetl just before entering the avenue of the pumps, almost on the corner of the avenue Jardínes de Morelos.
A fairly large gym with 4 floors, a variety of machines although they need to expand their repertoire of free weights, especially dumbbells. The sanitary control is good, it has atomizers full of alcohol and paper towels for cleaning, taking the temperature when entering and using the mask although several partners did not have it on, there is also antibacterial gel at the entrance. The gym has a good influx of people but you can still train in a good way.
Points against, band music that does not motivate you to train but this is personal opinion, cost of the visit $ 45
